On 3-24-2018 my wife ordered a refrigerator from your online service, we were informed the delivery date was 3-31-2018. on 3-31-2018 @ 8:30 am we received a phone call that the Merchandise was not received. and will not be delivered. Now we were informed to have our old Refrigerator emptied and disconnected. this is April second and they can't find our refrigerator!!! three days later our food is spoiling, y'all told us to go to the local Home depot to pick up a loaner refrigerator. This is how you do business, how you treat your customer??? No apology, no compensation. your response is "COME AND PICK UP A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT!' That will make me want to come back and do business with you or RECOMMEND your services to anyone!
