On 4-28-16 we processed a credit card in the amount of $3200.16, obtained an authorization code, we were charged back for those funds stating the authorization code we invalid. We followed the rules behind merchant services we obtained an approval code, did an imprint on the card and obtained the customers signature . We presently have 4 businesses with Fifth Third including merchant services, we are in the process of working with commercial services on a line of credit as well as a business auto loan. I am asking for assistance with this issue so I can continue to maintain our business with Fifth Third Bank.
