On 5/11/16 at 1128 Hours I tried to enter the Costco on 335 Westfall Road Rochester, NY 14620. My entrance into the store was denied. I told the greeter that i just wanted to look around and see If I wanted to purchase a membership or not. I asked her if they offered a military or county discount for the membership and she said she wasn't sure. She told me if I wanted to enter I would need to carry a large brochure and it would show employees that I couldn't purchase anything. I told her that I just wanted to look around and see if the store was worth a membership. She then told me that I could get a cart and put the large brochure in the cart. But I was told I can't buy anything so getting a cart wouldn't make sense, also i was just there to look until my girlfriend was out of work to maybe sign up. I left the store angry but kept my composure. I called and asked to speak to a Manger. The lady I spoke with name was Mary Lou. She told me that all of the mangers were on the floor and too busy too talk. She asked me what I needed to talk to them about and she replied that it is store policy that non members must hold a large brochure in there hands if they are not a member. She didn't help me resolve the issue and didn't allow me to speak to a supervisor. That is why I am writing to you personally. My name is Kwan
