On 5/4 we reported a fraudulent charge from citrix in Dallas for 283$s. We first called customer service and they said file online. We did so and never heard anything. We called customer service and they took the info over the phone. That was last Friday and we still have yet to receive a call as to the status. I am including the return email we got after filing online. Apparently they have not done anything to resolve.
