On August 7th my husband and I visited I Hop located in Destiny USA, Syracuse, NY. The time was 5:30 pm and the closing time was posted as 6:00 pm. We were met at the door and told we could not eat as they were cleaning up to close. We went next door to TGIF and had a wonderful meal. I attempted to contact the manager of this I Hop but was unsuccessful due every attempt I made, the phone was never answered and the message system said that it was turned off. I then contacted customer relations and spoke with Taylor to express my concerns. She assigned me a case number and told me I would be hearing back. It is now August 15th and I have not heard from anyone. Thus I am writing to you. After reading all the negative reviews on I Hop restaurants, I realize this is one of the least concerns you have, but I am hopeful that I will hear back from someone. It is also a struggle to locate Ms. Stawart's personal e-mail. Not being able to contact a CEO easily makes a person wonder if there is a reason that they do not want contact.
