Michelle  sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:

On dec. 14 I went into Best Buy on 410 in San Antonio and they ordered 2 3ds's I paid for them and 2 protection plans. I was suposed to pick them up tomorrow 12-21-16. But this afternoon around 2 pm I got a text telling me my order was cancelled. I called the store and they basically told me that sometimes the system does that. 5 days before x-Ma's when everyone is sold out. I passed up game stop where I could have put it on lay away because your store told me I'd get them. Also I put this on my credit card so since the 14 $300 has not been available to me. Now not only do I not have the game systems that I was promised. I now have to go through the hassle to make sure I get my money back. I have posted on Facebook. I am upset and you lost a customer. I will no longer be shopping at your stores. Michelle
