On Dec 5th 2016, I placed an order online for M M Kors women Boots, a few hours later I checked my email and the address for my order is totally wrong. The person on the phone double checked my address when placing the order. At this point I called to try and change the address because it had not been shipped yet, and was told I couldnt , but this person said when it shipped he would then change the address. I called 2 days later to see if that happened and I was told yes, and I could expect my order the following Tuesday at my correct address, this was on Saturday. After I didnt receive it on Tuesday, I called again and was told it was delivered to the first address, which was the wrong address and it was on its way back. I asked them to please send to my address and they said they could not, and they couldnt place the order again because they did not have my size, in the meantime, I called to talked to several people and asked constantly for a manager or supervisor and finally one of the supervisors promised to place that order for me again in a couple of weeks, when they would be getting more stock of the boot in. And that they would send me several coupons and also discount the boot to almost less than half. I have yet to hear from Macys about the boots or the coupons! Very very disappointed! Every other online purchase I made for Christmas at other stores were very accommodating and did not LIE! The card is in my sons name Melvin Tyus II, and I am an authorized user. The purchase was for $113.16 with tax, I was refunded that amount, but that isnt the outcome I wanted! I wanted them to figure out how they could get a size 8.5 brown M M kors boot sent to my home, along with all of the discounts and coupons I would be able to use just as I was promised! I truly hope that since I didnt get what I was promised you CNA some how make this happen! Thank you in advance, Sonia
