On December 3rd I called your company regarding the Fidelity Service Center stub I received – Abigail Pierrepont Abby Johnson email address

Lourdes sent a message to Abigail Johnson President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:

On December 3rd I called your company regarding the Fidelity Service Center stub I received notifying me that my pension went down because of new calculation in which I was so surprised. I retired from ATT in 2008 and Fidelity started managing our accounts in 2012. The way I understood no one can touch my pension without notifying me. But all of a sudden the overpayment was taken right away from my December, 2015 and January, 2016 in the amount of more than $500.00 each month, a total of $1000.00 plus. I have communicated to your employees a couple of times. Your employee suggested me to contact ATT and ask how much should I received for my pension. I spoke to a supervisor from ATT and said he will investigate and get back to me. December 9th, ATT called and told me that I should be receiving $4214.28 starting December 5, 2015. Starting this date every time Fidelity Representative called me, I always make sure that the Representative from ATT is present. Tickets were opened on both sides and communications continued. December 10, 11, 17, 28 and 29. To this date on resolution. We always do this on a recorded line. I am frustrated, disappointed, upset, irritated that I want to talk to my attorney. I told your employees that I will contact you and the CEO of ATT. I am sure that actions will be done once I notified you. Thank you very much and have a blessed New Year. Sincerely yours, Lourdes
