On Friday June 12th my wife and I went to Outback Steakhouse in Davie Florida. We usually go to dinner together on Fridays. I am 62 years old and she is 56. My wife's favorite restaurant is hands down Outback. We go there at least once a month , sometimes twice and often have celebrations there.
I am dumfounded by what happened and sadly my wife says she will never go back. We arrived and were told the wait would be a half hour so we went to the bar. We each had a drink then went outside to wait. It took longer than we had been told so we each ordered another drink. That makes two drinks we each had all day. After approximately 45 minutes we were seated. i ordered for the both of us and my wife said nothing. The waitress left and shortly thereafter a girl came and brought us waters. She asked if we needed anything told us she was a manager and I replied a lemon. My wife had still not spoken to anyone.
At this point, Morgan, the manager told us that they would not serve us anymore drinks. My wife was, understandably upset and got up to leave.
We had only had two drinks my wife had not communicated to any one. Neither one of us have a drinking problem and we where quite frankly shocked. I spoke to another manager while my wife waited in the car and he was extremely rude.
i am not sure why this happened but is clearly an unfortunate way to treat good and loyal clients
