on Monday Feb 26, 2018 I discovered that on my account there was 743 shares of Exon Mobil Company that was cashed in, in the sum of $61,338. I have been talking to people in Voya Financial to see what was happening in my account but I am unable to get into my account because in one week they havent been able to issue me a pin number. For some reason the system will not issue me a pin number, for no explainable reason. I am completely frustrated as no one within your company seems to be able to explain this or fix this. I have stayed at home every day this week waiting for calls from your organization with either an explanation or a solution. OR A PIN NUMBER. I would request an immediate call to me at 727.265.5885. I need this resolved now. I suspect someone has accessed my account either that or this is a mistake on your part causing me much anxiety. Please ensure that I hear from someone immediately.
