Chris sent a message to Kelly S. King – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BBT Corporation – Email Address that said:
On November 4th 5th a stayed at a hotel in Raleigh and used my BBT Visa Card.
The first night there were volley ball teams making noise the second night the fire alarms were pulled 4 times between 11 PM and 4 AM. I had filled a dispute for charges which was denied. The only reason for having the card is for this reason. If there is nothing you can do for me i would have to consider moving all of my accounts away from BBT. Respectfully Chris.
