On Saturday February 13th I stayed at the NYC Times Square Renaissance hotel. My over night stay was a nightmare. We checked into our room and dropped off our bags and immediately left to go to dinner and a show. It was Valentines Day weekend. Upon returning to our room about 2 am late that night. We stayed in room 1110. In the room next door, room 1112 there were a group of people playing loud music and having a party. We could he at least 4 different voices that were yelling and laughing. We tried to sleep but after 2 hours of listening to this very loud party I decided to call for security. Security came up, knocked on the door and told room 1112 to lower the music and keep the yelling down. I could hear the exchange at the door. The people continued to party and got very loud at 6am again. So I again called security, this time security DIDNT come up, they just called the room via phone. We also heard this one sided exchange on the phone. We also heard an occupant in room 1112 hang up the phone and curse at who ever he spoke to saying.....F*** them!

We finally fell asleep around 730 am only to wake up to scratching and sneezing by both myself and my girlfriend. My standing request on my M,Marriott account of NO FEATHERED pillows or comforter was not heeded. The whole bed was feathered.

At this point all we wanted to do was get out of there. We complained at the front desk and was offered 10,000 in points(not enough for another stay) and later was called by a manager and offered a $100.00 refund. BIG DEAL........... I paid well over $300.00 for the room and got no sleep. Valentines Day was ruined and money wasted. Not to mention the physical discomfort from the feathered pillows and comforter. I am very disappointed........
