Divina C. Buhay sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy email address that said:

On September 9, 2017, I purchase a "TILE" for my husband with Alzheimers. I tested the TILE before leaving the store in Lakewood, CA. The TILE didnt work so I bought a more costly TILE in its place. My first purchase I paid with my ATM card, and the replacement TILE I paid the difference in cash. So for about a month, I tried out the new TILE, but it failed to keep tract of my husbands whereabouts. So, I went back to the store and instead of buying another gadget, I returned the TILE and in its place I bought a "SanDisk" wearable MP3 Player. That MP3 failed to work properly, so I went to the store and ask the "Geek Squad" to help me. She got it to work and I was happy. Thinking that my trouble with the MP3 player was over, I did not secure the receipt of my purchase. Yesterday, as I reached for the MP3, it said, "Battery Low." So I recharged the MP3 for hours, but it never recharged. One word that appeared which was "Transfering." Even when I disconnected the M3 player, the word transferring stayed until it finally disappeared hours later. So, I went back to the Lakewood store to see if the "Geek Squad" can help me. However, he/they could not find any record of any purchases that I have made except for the earphone I purchased 2 years ago. So I called the bank to see if a charge from Best Buy occurred on my statement and she said, "Yes on September 5, 2017. I called your 800 number as directed by your Customer Service employee at the Lakewood store, and the lady Mariz, who was great and patient said, she could not help me and she sent me back to the Lakewood, store. Now, I ask you - Help. I am 75 years old, I dont need to be driving back and forth to resolve this problem. I ask you, "Why was there no record of the purchase I made on the TILE? At lease there would be a record that I was in your store, but nothing appeared. Again, please help. Thank you. (I will be writing to SanDisk CEO either Stephen d. Milligan or John Coyne) who was bought out by Western Digital in 2016 and share my dismay of the quality of the product sold at your store).
