On Thursday we stood in line and received the coupons. After shopping our party of 4 tried to check out. The lines were very long and my husband, brother , and his girlfriend were tired. I looked at the coupon and saw it was good online until November 25. We decided we would use the coupons online. On November 25th I could not get the coupon to work. I called JCP.com on the phone and was told the coupons had a mistake. The manager told me to go back to the store and see if the store manager could help me. Today I saw a manager (November 26) and she showed me a very small sign stating the coupon had a mistake. She said the signs were at the checkout areas. I told her I could not see anything because of the crowds. I suggested there be huge signs on the doors as you enter if you have a mistake. She said the little signs had been out for 1 week. I feel your store should have honored those coupons today. Thank you for reading this.
