On two separate occasions (fall and winter) I have attempted to set up service with – Glen Post email address

Liz Black sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. email address that said:

On two separate occasions (fall and winter) I have attempted to set up service with Centurylink. On both occasions, I set up two different times each time to have a tech come to the house. They have either cancelled last minute or just not shown up (after I have stayed home for half a day or longer waiting). That is four times this has happened all together. The only solution offered was to reschedule. Im not sure what your company policy/standards are but this is possibly the worse service I have received with any company. Im not sure how you stay in business. I thought you should be aware of what is going on.
