One month old phone having such a minor problem is not being solved by the service center and when mailed several times to replace the phone, there is no response from the service center team. Really shame on Motorola, being one of the best smartphone seller in the world this type of negligence is not acceptable at all and better motorola takes acre of this with an immediate action
