One of your claims adjusters and her boss are making false claims about my alleged negligence in a personal injury claim against of your insureds, Tanger OUtlets. The original adjuster was replaced and the claim has been held up since last year, to the tune of 10 months plus. Because of Ms. Westlund's insolence and incompetence, your company has grossly insulted me and is in peril of being sanctioned by two insurance daprtmets-GA and NJ (Tanger took the policy out in GA, the incident happened in NJ). Thank you.
