One of your managers Matt is not willing to have my truck repaired back to new condition. The below email is from today, I just want my truck fixed right, not the butcher way that it was done on the first two attempts.

I stopped by today 5/25/16 at around 3:30 pm and showed you the estimate to fix my truck properly. I'm very disappointed that you are unwilling to authorize repairing my truck the way 2 reputable body shops estimated that it will take to do it right.
Your customer was at fault for damaging my vehicle. I was not at fault. I expect to have my truck repaired correctly and it is Progressive's responsibility to have it repaired correctly.
If you are unwilling to honor the estimated I have provided to you, please provide me with the contact information of your supervisor.
