Online customer service with Gamestop is horrible. I pre-ordered the NES Ultimate Switch Bundle for my son on the first day of pre-order eligibility. The total cost was $637.99. My email receipt from Gamestop indicated that I would be billed 637.99 plus tax on or before release day 3/3/17. When I logged back into my online order history, I am now being charged 988.81. What?? I immediately spotted the problem, I was charged for the switch bundle and for each game (that is included in the bundle) individually. I immediately emailed Gamestop to get it corrected. No response (5 times I have emailed). I visited our local store for assistance. They could not help. I, finally, called customer service and was told they would fix the problem within 24 hours. It still has not been rectified! I want the pre-ordered NES Ultimate Switch Bundle at the correct price. I also requested to upgrade the shipping so we receive it on release day, but was told that I could not upgrade the shipping until they fix the account the reflect the proper charges. I have been trying to get this rectified for almost a month. I have spent thousands at Gamestop over the years. I have been a PowerUp Rewards Pro Member for years. I am a very good customer to Gamestop. I deserve good customer service. Please assist me with this matter asap.
