Ryan sent a message to Richard Fairbank Chairman and CEO, Capital One Email Address that said:
Opened a capital one credit card 1 year ago with a $500 limit , made all my payments on time and above the minimum , they raised my credit card limit to $3500. I use the card and always make my payments early and 3-5 time more than the minimum due. Just look at the payment history and it shows. Once I had the card for a year I asked for a credit limit increase and was denied .. The reason said my average minimum payment was too low . From the time I opened the account until now my payments have always been early and much higher than the minimum due. My credit score has increased and other payments always payed on time. the representative I called said the system is automated and she can't do anything. I am asking capital one to reconsider this decision and continue to keep me as a loyal customer.
Thank you
Ryan
