I have had a very unpleasant experience with ordering from Pottery Barn . I placed an order on nov 29 and estimated delivery of Dec 7 well as of today I have no idea when I will receive the merchandise. Of course it's a Christmas and once I receive I need to mail it out, well it looks like my brother won't have a gift from me at Christmas
I did email Customer service a few days ago inquiring .... No response. Today I called customer service waited on line 25 minutes , finally got a representative... Then was disconnected... Called back , another 20 minutes. I then spoke to the most unpleasant, nasty , rude person. Her response to me when I asked about the order I will get it sometime prior to Christmas when I asked to speak to someone to get more specifics she told me to forget it there was no one who could help me( I should clarify she was yelling not talking). And then hung up on me. All I wanted was to get a throw for my brother not be abused.
I now have to come up with another option . Not happy and you shouldn't be either
