I was trying to refund and cancel my order today..... but yet, I cant. I went to the store where I purchased the items to get a REFUND. but yet, because of your stupid policies, I cant even get an actual refund until the item arrives at my door step or wait for a company check? are you fucking serious about this bullshit? any other stores, even best buy can and would refund the NON-SHIPPED ITEMS immediately. This is fucking bullshit about your policy and this is how you treat customers if they wanted a refund on items that has not been shipped yet??? are you serious? These items were purchased on a debit card, and other companies can refund the amount(s) back to the card if needed. Are you idiots really that cheap, or just want customers funds, and tell them to wait or suck it just for fun?
