ordered a fridge and dish washer on 11/24/2017 with a delivery date of Sat 11/25/2017. well sat there waiting all day nothing! no call nothing!!!! long story short the delivery team went to the wrong house on the wrong street. so re scheduled for today got an email saying between 1-3 . called this morning to make sure we didnt have the same problem , thought we were all straight..... well here I sit at 3:39 and still no delivery!!!! called once again and now delivery time changed again! I dont know what kind of games these people are playing with me, but Im not real happy! how would you like to go without a refridgerator for 5 days? I am a long time customer and now I know why Sears and Kmart are going under, with this kind of customer service. Next time Ill pay alittle more for the service I expect from you.
