Good morning Greg,

This past Sunday, I visited a store in Brockton, Mass.
Specifically the one on 779 Crescent Street.

I noticed a number of signs that were put up regarding social distancing, and keeping the O'Reilly employees safe.

I was surprised to see that the two employees at the counter were not wearing protective masks. All customers that were in the store, including myself, had masks in place.

In the State of Mass, if you can't maintain a 6 foot distance, then you should wear a protective mask. Not only was I close to the employee at the counter to make my purchase, this same employee helped me find an item in the store.

With the Covid-19 pandemic, your employees should be wearing masks as well as a plastic shield at the registers.

Can someone explain why this isn't happening?

Thanks,

--- John
