Have an issue with a product and a store denying me recourse and the manufacturer being asleeep at the wheel. After many months Iâm ready to just contact the BBB and file complaints and then write an article to put all involved parties on blast, but i REALLY donât want to encourage the death of brick and mortar, a man can only swallow his pride so much though, Iâve managed National electronics chain stores and I cannot imagine a scenario where Iâd alienate a customer over $80, unless corporate is breathing down retail associates necks to minimize returns by any means possible, so Iâm reaching out to give you a chance to tell me thatâs not the reason.
