After many months I’m ready to just contact the BBB and file complaints and then write an article to put all involved parties on blast, but i REALLY don’t want to encourage the death of brick and mortar, a man can only swallow his pride so much though, I’ve managed National electronics chain stores and I cannot imagine a scenario where I’d alienate a customer over $80, unless corporate is breathing down retail associates necks to minimize returns by any means possible, so I’m reaching out to give you a chance to tell me that’s not the reason.
