I was just suspended on 5/7/2020 by Jay (Regional DM) I had sent a Email to Ms. Victorino HR but have not received any response to it yet. I understand due to the times we are in but what I am asking you if it can be changed to an Active/Working Suspension while under investigation. Regardless if I am terminated, and it is not about the pay it is about keeping up our store and keeping my word to Glenda store manager as well as helping out Erick 1st Asst.. Not going into details but we had to do things in our store a certain way to keep running in these times. Being put on indefinite suspension (suspended to further notice) I am letting them down and store and if reinstated I do not want to come back to a mess. If terminated at least I would be leaving the store in better shape. Yes, we developed a very good family relationship here and at the time of suspension I had 3 days of stock on the floor also not being able to handle our Big Friday shipment.
If you should receive this Email I would be happy if you can look into this and hopefully get an reply back from you. Not doing this to abuse or complain, but I gave my word to Glenda and I want keep my promises
