issues at oreillys sent a message to Gregory Henslee that said:
I want to let you know that you have problems at the store in Carrollton, Georgia on Bankhead Highway. With each manager and district manager that takes over the store, it gets worse. It is almost like they want the store to fail. The manger is Keith McNealy.
1. Keith brought an assistant manager name Joe. He eats in front of the customers. He has also caused the store to be short on daily sales.
2. When the sales are short, they try to put the blame on others.
3. The commercial sales manager has merchandise sent to select garages with no charge invoices. She has had paints mixed up for herself and did not pay for them.
4. One of the assistant managers has a business (garage) on the side and never pays for the parts.
5. The manager bullies and makes nasty comments to employees in front of other employees and customers.
6. More merchandise goes out the back door than what is paid for in the front.
7. Customers are seen walking out of the store because no one will help them. They rather socialize with friends in the store or eat. Too many people come in the back door. They rather socialize or work on outside jobs.
8. The commercial sales managerâs niece works (if you want to call it that) in the store. She sits around eating but yet makes more than the other employees.
9. The woman that orders and checks in stock, comes in smelling like liquor and comes in when she wants. Nothing is said to her.
10. If you speak up for yourself or others then you are no longer scheduled.
11. The manager discriminates
12. The only thing that matters is their bonuses.
13. The store is dirty and there have been rat sightings.
14. Management is always on their cell phones and not for OâReillyâs business.
15. Schedules are not put out on time.
16. Not everyone has cash drawers, they are made to share.
This is only a small portion of issues. I just wanted you to know and to make it worse the district manager knows and does nothing. It is all about the bonuses.
