I have been a customer for many year so it was with much disappointment i had such a bad experience with customer service today 4/16/18. i had ordered 300 dollars worth of parts and when they came in i was missing brake pads and also had items missing from exhaust bolt set. I was ask to photo box and email picture which i did and when i said i needed parts was told orells would contact ups and they it could be 8 days before the replied. I did not buy parts from ups and it would seem to me this should bee orellys problem and not mine as i could have not helped with photo. So having had such a poor result with your company after being good customer i will no longer use orellys and also urge everyone i know to stop using also.
