Rhonda Kerr sent a message to Eric J. Foss Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aramark Email Address that said:

Our daughter is a freshman at USF in Tampa, FL. She has complained repeatedly about the food services provided by Aramark. They continually run out of the main course hours before closing. They run out of fresh fruits and vegetables. She said even when she resorts to eating cereal for dinner, she cant even get that. When she complains they just tell her too bad or give her a "swipe" back. Todays complaint was most disturbing as there were maggots in her food. Becuase she lives on campus, purchasing the meal plan is necessary. Both my husband and I are college graduates and realistic about the food service that should be provided. However, this is inexcusable and disgusting. If youre not willing to eat it, then you shouldnt serve it. Please contact us and let us know how you plan to address this situation immediately. Our children need to be provided safe and healthy meals. We should get what we are paying for. I look forward to hearing from you in the next 2 days with a resolution to this critical situation.
