Our shipper # is Y4876W. On November 29-December 4 we attempted to ship out a – David Abney email address

Jo Duffett from Club Kit Inc. sent a message to David Abney Chief Executive Officer of UPS Email Address that said:

Our shipper # is Y4876W. On November 29-December 4 we attempted to ship out a package, but our shipping department was informed our account was suspended. Unfortunately, they did not inform me of this until 12/4. UPS never notified me there was any type of issue, although when I contacted UPS, I was informed this was due to an NSF check (#5651 for $257.93) and they would send me proof to my e-mail (which they obviously had on file). After contacting our rep, and customer service, a couple more times, Im still unable to obtain any proof of this. Im sure the reason is the check was NEVER NSF! Our Account Manager, Paula Koenemann, did respond that she was following up on December 8, when I contacted her back 12/12 because I still had not heard anything, she promised she would get back with me by 12/14. Guess what, no response yet! A complete lack of customer service all the way around. I want to know what REALLY happened to our check, and to be reimbursed for the cost of stopping payment on that check ($30.00) at the very least.
