Over the past year I have continually had issues with incorrect orders and bad service – Clifford Hudson email address

Over the past year I have continually had issues with incorrect orders and bad service at the location in Wharton, TX. Now this past Wednesday I went to order food, and was trying to pay with my credit card. I swiped it twice trying to get it to go through and nothing. I thought I must have an issue with my card and so tried my bank card, and still it didnt work. After this someone finally informed me their system wasnt working and I would need to pay with cash. Fortunately I had cash, and it was no problem, until today when I realized they had charged me three times (twice on my credit card and once on my bank card) for the order even though I had paid them in cash!!! I called about the issue today and was told the manager was out of state and no one could do anything about it until Monday! Until then they are just sitting there on my money, and I find it really hard to believe that only one person at this entire establishment knows how to deal with a refund issue?! People on the phone were completely uncaring and unwilling to do anything at all to help. One woman in particular was especially rude, and when I asked to get contact info for someone higher up she hung up on me! I have contacted my bank and credit card company to file disputes, and I have also left reviews on social media - facebook, yelp, google - about my horrible experience here and the terrible service I received.
