Kent sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. that said:

Dear Mr. Meyer. Several years ago I purchased a life time subscription to Sirius. I called customer service to see about transferring from one car to another and was told yes when you do that just give us a call and we will take care of that. I traded the car then called customer service and they told me they can not do that anymore and that now I would have to buy a new subscription. I feel that I was lied to can you help me. I was even told today by one of the disconnect people that I could still do that and was on hold for 30 minutes and then got disconnected. I keep getting different stories every time I call in. Please see what you can do for me. Thank you Kent
