Dear Mr. Penske, On November 2nd 2015, at approximately 8:45 pm, my Nissan GTR, while in the care of Hudson Nissan Jersey City, N.J., was stolen from the property. This car was my prized possession. For it to be stolen from the dealership was a complete shock. The car has been recovered but there are obvious unknowns; how has this car been treated and how will the car ever be brought back to the condition it was prior to the theft? After many painstakingly detailed upgrades made to this car, its value is now in question. Please provide a quality corporate representative to oversee this situation. I need to hear from the person you feel will handle this situation with the integrity you represent at your earliest convenience.
