Im hoping and prying that this email finds you well.
My name is Candie Garcia and I have purchased a VW from one of your branches in NJ. I need your help as I have had the worst experience with my vehicle purchased and think that it would take someone like your self to help me. My car has been in and out of service since March just about every month.
I felt like I finally got my dream car. My 2008 VW Convertible. Only 58 thousand miles and great price. But I didnt get to enjoy the car at all since I purchased it in March. I have been without my car at times for about 30 days at a time. Your dealership has had the car for about half the time since I purchased it.
I also purchased a warranty to make sure my experience with this vehicle wouldn\'t be sour.
I am a very honest loving and caring person and help people out in the best way I can everyday. I work hard and just wanna enjoy my vehicle for the first time since my purchase in March.
I have so many emails, and records of what I have been through and If you took the time to hear my story and help in anyway possible that would be greatly appreciated.
