I am writing to inform you of an accident I was involved in one of your trucks on November 17, 2019.
I realize that this method of contact might be unorthodox, but I have yet to get a call from Penske representative since the accident, including from the adjuster. The only action that was very efficient on Penske's part is the swiftness of swapping out the truck that turned over on the highway with me, causing physical injury to me and damages to my items. I was not even allowed the time to seek appropriate medical attention as it was more critical to swop the truck and send me on my way without a sympathetic word. The bottom line is there was a mechanical issue with the truck and less than two hours into the trip; it flipped on to the passenger side in I85N in Georgia. Something came loose under the truck.
