Mr. Penske,
Last week I had occasion to rent a new truck from your company and had the misfortune to have a breakdown near Syracuse; the unit was towed to the East Syracuse facility and I waited 6 hours for a replacement vehicle, which showed up in due course. What I want you to know about are the two employees who took the time (one staying past quitting time) to help load the second truck and get us down the road. They hold the front desk rental position and night shop foreman jobs. Keith and Brian if my old brain still works.
