@penskemotorjobs – Roger S Penske – Mr. Penske, I must first acknowledge the you are a brilliant businessman unfortunately to big

Claude H Fletcher sent a message to Roger S Penske that said:

Mr. Penske, I must first acknowledge the you are a brilliant businessman unfortunately to big to control everything, your corporation is running a warehouse as a logistic solution for a specific client in the San Francisco area, Union City to be accurate, safety procedures are overlooked under supervisors ok, safety controls are ignored by upper management in compliance with computer set procedures, which do not take into consideration any adverse situation which 90% of the current supervisors adhere to.
My background has been on management since I was 16 years old, granted was out of the country most of it, but some was in the USA, should you want I will provide contact information to those contacts.
As far as your Union City operations you are loosin money by the truck loads, but if you like a complete report on the solution to the current problems you need to first send someone UNDERCOVER to pick out the problems on their on I could direct you on the areas to look into.
If you think this is important let me know and I'll forward you my brief resume and letter of recommendation from a previous employer that way you'll know I'm not just a dissatisfied employee, I always believed that you have to believe on your employer and defend their assets even after you move on, but I would never take a job with a company I have not investigated an come to trust, the ball is in your court.
There is a tv program you can take a cue from "undercover boss" no need to make the tv show, just send someone from the east coast not known to anyone on th west coast to evaluate things from a low level employee like truck loaders or receiving crews
