A month ago I brought my car into Pepboys in Hazlet NJ to get a battery installed. I was there for three hours to find out the mechanic put the battery in wrong and broke a fuse. I retrieved my car back in a condition I did not bring it in. I now need to use a screwdriver to take my car out of park. I even brought it back for the shopâs senior mechanic to work on it, and he could not figure out how to fix it. The shop advised for me to take my car to a Honda dealership to get fixed, I donât have a problem taking it to Honda, but I will not pay a dime out of pocket. I would like Pepboys to pay for my services while I am there. Iâll be happy to make an appointment with Honda and advise Pepboys when and where so the payment arrangements can be made on the day of service. It has now been a month and no one has gotten back to me or assisted me with this case.
