Dear Mr. Ninivaggi,
After a desperate late night battery purchase at Pep Boys in Hodgkins, IL store 0831 service w.o. 2187864 3/9/2020 for $152.73, my car required 2 tows 3/16/2020 ($50 from store to PepBoys for a dead battery, then from Pep Boys to the dealer after being told it was 'transmission related. The dealer charged $241.33 to rectify the poor service at Pep Boys. I am requesting to be reimbursed at least $300.00,which does not even include the 5 hours I lost March 16th (over $150 from my work day). Please respond with guidance to resolve this.
