Hello, I'm a semi retired professional auto technician shop owner and long term Pep Boys customer 46 Years, I've had issues with the pep boys parts website for years, but today was the last straw, it's gotten worse boot better. I love pep boys as I company but the parts ordering website is the worst in the industry it's obviously written with no feedback from anyone who actually buys parts or works on cars. Even your counter people who sell the parts hate it. In today's digital marketplace a website will make or break your business. Please fix the dang thing so it doesn't take forever to find the parts needed to make repairs, if I still had my shop I can tell you I wouldn't be ordering parts from such a cumbersome pain in the butt website as their just isn't enough time to waste on this kind of stupidity, and when counter people who use it every day have issues that means calling in to order isn't an option either. When my businesses had issues I welcomed customer feedback so we could correct the problem, I'm doing the same for you.
Really don't want your company to go the way of the dinosaur, because of a dinosaur website.
Please fix this
Thank You
Brent Pack
