Just want to let you know of how poor customer service is at Pepboys Service department here in Carson, Ca. I called and spoke to Lleremy and was told that wait time is 1 hour so I went, arrived at 10am and waited 1 1/2 hours. About 6 customers came after me and they got their cars seviced first. I went and talked to Lleremy Gomez and he said " i told you wait time is 2 hours". Wow really? I called and sick today thats why i had time to bring my service van in for oil change. BTW I'm driving a company van and its a corporate account. I just wish that there was someone onsite higher that this guy. Anyways I found out that he is an assistant manager and I guess this is eomthing that will be overlooked at so i took time to send you this email. Not asking for anything but would you please at least send this guy to customer service training as he is in dire need of it. Thank you a nd have a nice day!
