Mr. Ninivaggi. My name is Matt Hache, I am a service advisor for Audi in Huntsville, AL. Your Pep Boys location in Decatur AL called us to repair one of the vehicles that was at the Decatur location. We repaired the vehicle on 12/6/2019 on behalf of Patrick the service manager. We did not receive payment and the customer was upset so we gave the vehicle back to them with understanding of payment from Patrick. We still have not received the $546.45. We have called the Pep Boys store many times without call backs, we even called Pep Boys Customer service and where told from customer service that we were not customers of Pep Boys because the car wasn't ours. We contacted the customer and they called Customer Service on our behalf. Same Resolution, no payment. Our Case number is 695091 if you want to look into it. Thank You Matt
