John Bare sent a message to Scott Sider that said:
Sir, I am writing to inform you of a major breakdown in one of your stores located in Frederick, MD. I made an appointment to have my oil changed. I arrived to my appointment ahead of schedule only to be told I had to wait three to four hours for the service. Which was time I could not afford. I left and rescheduled my appointment. A repeat of the first experience occurred for a second time. I asked to speak to the manager who had an I donât give a damn attitude with me so I asked for information on who the corporate representative was and here is the answer I received from the store manager. It does not matter if you call them as the complaint will be referred back to me. Wow! Such arrogance. Is there nothing that can be done? This is really is not good for your company. I look forward to your response and solution to the issue.
