I , Aloke working as Deputy General Manager, is planning to procure the High Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS) from M/s Emerson Process Management, for our Offshore (Oil Gas) Well Platforms.
ONGC Mumbai, India has received a Performance Certificate issued by your company from M/s Emerson Process Management, India in support of the supplied HIPPS. Letter Dated 8/5/2015 was issued by Assistant Maintenance Coordinator Mr. Charles Anthon of M/s Murphy Exploration Production Company,Houston , Texax, USA for use of HIPPS in Gulf of Mexico.
We are interested to know the satisfactory performance of HIPPS supplied by M/s Emerson Process Management installed in Offshore Project as referred in the attached performance certificate. Please provide the information related to the year of commissioning, various components of supplied HIPPS and comments on the performance.
Already, M/s Emerson Process Management, India has submitted Pre qualifying documents (PQD) for enlistment as a vendor for HIPPS in ONGC, Mumbai, India and the same is under technical evaluation.
This is our internal assessment of the said vendor. Based on your feedback, we may consider M/s Emerson Process Management, India as the potential supplier for HIPPS in our vendor list.
