Dear Mr Duperreault
I am writing to you in exasperation at the amount of time it is taking to conclude my Wifes claim, even though liability has been admitted, no issues and very straight forward. I have sent emails but have not received even basic acknowledgements. Compounding these issues, we have been inundated with phone calls from claims reference agencies @ 80-100 to date and it is all very stressful.
Please would you look into how our details have been released to these agencies as we believe there has been a breach of our data under Data Protection Law and have gotten in touch with the Police to complain regarding possible breach.
