Petsmart is losing big time to competition. I for one will no longer trade with Petsmart. How many aren't writing to you and are just going to the competition? I understand about squeezing every dollar you can from a customer-that's a CEOs job but there is a floor. When you lose customers over one dollar, you've sunk too low and are destroying the company. Empower managers to save customers and give up that one dollar. It's worth it. What am I talking about? Read from the YELP review below.
