I had a moth infestation from purina proplan 6 months ago. This infestation happened while we were in the hospital with our baby being born. After countless hours of emails and communication with managers and district manager we reached an agreement and petsmart took accountability for this infestation. I have pictures and videos. Orkin started treating my house and was advised by Petsmart National Accounts that no more visits are authorized even though I continue to have hundreds of moths in my house with a newborn baby. My family is beyond frustrated. I am not going to type the entire story here but I need someone (that can make decisions) to call me ASAP.
