Dear Mr. Earley, I am a 20 year customer here at 240 Union Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95060-3710. My phone is: 831.429.4225. I would urge your managers to consider to recent engagements I have had with PG&E that were both threatening and confusing. [1] On November 17, 2015 I received two notices that my electric and gas service would terminated if I did not immediately pay my bills. This despite my more than 20 year history with PG&E in never missing a payment. What I found out is that my True Bill for my solar service was up and needed to be set for 2016. I need you and your managers to know that you do not need to threaten me and my wife with losing service. All you need to do is send a note and say "its time to set your new True Bill amount for 2016!" I am unclear why PG&E managers feel the need to threaten its customers, especially its 79 year old customers with discontinuance of service, rather than just tell us what the problem is. [2] I talked to five persons in the last week to correct this problem and of course to remove the threat on my loss of service. I believe that in so doing I was able to set the new True Bill for next year. However, what I was told for the first time in my solar history with PG&E is that in addition to paying my True Bill amount each month and adding to that amount my gas bill for the month, that I also needed to add my Current Electric Charges for the month to that payment. Please inform your managers to let your associates know that the monthly payment must include not just the True Bill and the Gas Bill amounts, but ALSO the amount for the Current Electric Charges. Apparently in the years I\'ve been paying my True Bills, and even this year this is the first time I\'ve been told to include the Current Electric Charges. Please tell your managers that most of its customers intend to be good customers. All we need to do is to clarify the legitimate expectations. We need valid information and we don\'t need to be threatened with loss of service. Thank you.
