I have been trying for about 4 months to switch our 61 pepco accounts direct debit bank information. I have sent at least 20 times the form from the Pepco website with all 61 account numbers along with a copy of a voided check from our new account. I call every month to see if it's been switched over and they say it hasn't been. This is extremely frustrating as we are a large property and need to have this set up for direct debit. I have had to manually pay all the accounts online which is extremely time consuming especially if the website is running slow. I need someone to contact me to get this resolved ASAP.
