Once again, Pepco has managed to break a water main on Montgomery St. in Silver Spring, Md 20910. We are living through constant noise, so bad and jolting that our house trembles and shakes on its foundation. Worse, however, there is a pandemic that requires WATER and constant cleaning to protect our lives. Thanks to Pepco, we have water shut-off averaging 3 times a month. This is intolerable. WSSC is quite clear about this being Pepco's digging at 17 feet and damaging the pipes. I demand some explanation for the danger you impose on this community, at this particular time, with no water during an epidemic.
